Experience
Primarily a civil litigator, Rebecca has represented corporate clients in civil litigation in federal and state courts, including class actions and other “bet-the-company” litigation.
Rebecca’s practice also includes criminal defense work, including having represented the former speaker of the New York State Assembly, Sheldon Silver, in his political corruption retrial.
Prior to joining Esseks Ingoglia, Rebecca was a litigator at a large international law firm headquartered in London.
Rebecca graduated magna cum laude with two bachelor’s degrees in political science and theatre from The George Washington University in 2012, where she was a Presidential Scholar in the Arts. Rebecca graduated from Brooklyn Law School magna cum laude in 2015, where she was the President of the Moot Court Honor Society, an Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, and inducted into the Order of the Barristers.​
